We’re working with a leading property consultancy in the heart of Sydney CBD who are on the hunt for a motivated Bid and Proposals Coordinator to join their dynamic team. Reporting into the National Bidding Manager, this role offers the chance to work on high-profile proposals and submissions, all while building your career in a collaborative and supportive environment. What you’ll be doing Crafting sharp, persuasive content for bids, tenders, proposals and presentations. Helping to showcase the firm’s expertise by developing case studies, CVs, project profiles and capability statements. Coordinating the production of fee proposals and submissions, making sure deadlines are met and quality is high. Supporting research on clients and competitors to give proposals the winning edge. Assisting with publications and marketing collateral to boost brand visibility. What we’re looking for Around 3 years’ experience in a bidding, marketing, communications or professional services role. Strong writing, proofing and editing skills, with the ability to make content compelling. Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines. A proactive, team-player attitude with great stakeholder skills. Tech-savvy with advanced MS Office, Canva knowledge is a bonus.
